So my goody goody paladin has apparently broken his oath by attacking some Baal cultists.

The specific group was the one you can find outside the cistern in the sewers of the lower city (Act 3) where the machinery is; because I've shown no interest in siding with Orin and the Baalites, all baalites I encounter attack now me on sight, so I've taken attacking them first to get a surprise round where possible (otherwise the fights can be difficult, plus it's the only way to save victims/prisoners).

But it seems that the baalites still count as a neutral faction of some kind, because when the fight begins I got the "You picked a fight and that's exactly what you're going to get" type of narration, like I'm the one in the wrong for starting a fight. But these are literally irredeemable sadistic mass murderers who kill the innocent for fun and display the mutilated corpses out of pride for their work, and always attack on sight.

So now I have to reaffirm my oath somehow because apparently a lawful good character killing chaoatic evil characters before they can kill him (and go on to kill others) is oath-breaking? This really needs fixing somehow, i.e- certain factions excluded from consideration.
