Yeah i hit cap at the start of act 3, feel like level cap ahould have been 15/20
Only reason they didnt was because adding all the extra spells , and they ran out of time
you are fighting gods and things as strong as gods, level 20 goes hand in hand, the fights could have been made even more epic
Its a shame larian rushed to beat starfield
And larian probably trusting a big chunk of gamers wont finsh the game so the backlash wont be huge to have a half finshed last act
