I think it's simply that the Community Management team didn't spot the message. Which I think is understandable, as I'm focused only on these forums and I didn't see the message until yesterday. And yes, I am able to contact them directly about forum issues and will do so if I'm aware of them. That's part of what I'm here for, so feel free to PM me if there's anything that needs to be addressed. I'm definitely going to get a PM whereas there's a chance that forum posts will just get lost in the noise.
