Yea and everyone is saying that third act is crap. The ending is crap. Cut content from all acts (if you played EA). Spells pointless due to over powerful itemization. Later Quests pointless because too much XP up too act 2. And the choices are irrelevant by the end.
I really hope reviewers take a good long and hard look at that last chapter. And that Larian fixes it.

Its the typical Larian end game curse.

Long live the king, BG2. As a complete package it is just untouchable.
I gather, Larian did make one of the greatest approachable D&D game! But a pretty meeeeh Baldur's Gate game.

It just reminded me of the bowl of goat's milk that old Winthrop used to put outside his door every evening for the dust demons. He said the dust demons could never resist goat's milk, and that they would always drink themselves into a stupor and then be too tired to enter his room..
