Complaining that your game is crashing without also listing your entire PC spec, will not help anyone.
These crashes are definitely hardware-specific.
I also have a RTX3080 and 32GB of RAM - my game has NEVER crashed after playing the EA for 30 hours and now, 120 hours into the full release.
