I noticed that if you call Lump the Enlightened and the other ogres to the Goblin camp, if the owlbear cub is in the camp then it will be hostile at the end of the fight. Of course, that is assuming you don't kill it during the fight. If it is hostile then the ogres will attack it. One thing I didn't expect is if you flee and go back to camp the ogres will follow you to your camp. When they do your party members at camp may also become hostile. As far as I can tell there was no action taken against them. It seemed like some of them just suddenly became hostile and others did not. From what I recall Astarion and Halsin became hostile while Wyll did not. I can't remember the full break down.
I realized during the fight that if we had something like Animal Friendship we may have been able to get the owlbear cub to not be hostile and possibly kick off the dialogue so I think overall that part is fine. It would suck for those who don't have a Druid or haven't found an item that grants Animal Friendship as a spell, but so is life. Its not always fair.
What I found puzzling was the way in the way the ogres follow us to camp and then suddenly half of my party members at camp become hostile and begin fighting each other. That felt like rogue NPC AI.
