Everytime I try to get to "Act 2" this error pops up. I dont know what to do. It doesnt matter if I go through grymsmith or mountain pass. The message translates to: "a member of your party isnt ready yet"

First I thaught there was a mandatory quest I had to do. But I finished nearly everything in Act 1 by now and it didnt help. Then I tried to change up my team, I even started killing them at some point. The error seems to be related to my main character. I tried changing up items but that didnt help either.

Things that could be the reason:
I have the enemy of justice debuff, nothing else.
I also revived a companion with Glut, which ended up fighting on my side against Glut. I cant find that thing anymore, but it isnt on my sidebar either. idk..

I really hope someone can help me, because I´m really invested at this point and dont want to start a new campaign.
