This is still an issue after hotfix 4 was repushed; however, it may be specific to the location Rainforest's Basement. Those traps do not give the option to disarm. I went back to previously discovered traps and was able to disarm them. I am trying to discover "new" traps to see if it is isolated to that area or not.
