First im asking for advice in case i missed something obvious, secondly I just need to get it out of my system.

So in act 3, I have been captured and thrown in a jail cell, I manage to get out, and of course i am unequiped and all my items gone, Well ok, thats all fine and dandy. So I stumble upon A chest, and it says something like equipment or something.... and guess what ALLLLL my f**ng items and weapons and EVERYTHING jumbled up in 1 big F**ing mess!!!

How could they thought this was a GOOD design choice in the game for this scenario? Now I have to spend 10-15 minutes sorting throught my loot and sending between characters, and going though pouches, backpacks, remembering all items i wore, why I wore them etc etc. Frustrating as hell.


Alternative solutions suggested:

1. You find 4 chest, geez amazing, one for each of your character.

2. You find 1 chest, when you right click you get option "reclaim/equip" and each character gain their items and weapons as it was before you were arrested!!!

Yeah, going to jail sucks.

Yeah, happened to me once, I've imagined what a nightmare awaits me and just said fck it and loaded my other save...

Having to reorganize the entire inventory was the worst part of the prison experience.

After the first time, i refused to go to prison again no matter what.

Yeah... And I wanted to risk going to jail instead of save scumming while pickpocketing and that inventory thing made me rethink that. Instead of RP I'll have to save scum and not go to jail - which is essentially cheating.
Another annoying thing is that wares lose their tag, so you have to tag them again.

Inventory should be snapshot when you go to jail and fully recovered as they were when you interact with the chest.

I ended up organizing all the items, rather than reloading and finding another way. But , this was seriously bad design choice. I really hope Larian does something about this in an upcoming patch.
