I missed some dialogues, but from the 2nd time the game went almost completely. 90-95% I think. Skipping some small quests
Time Act 1 25 hours with gith cresh Act 2 15 hours full map Act 3 40 hours. But not because of the huge number of quests, but because of the long search and running around. 2nd time I think it will not take more than 25 hours and I often moved away from the PC without leaving the game
