It’s also not true. I explored every inch of that map, and before Moonrise started at the perimeter, made the way around, and gradually moved toward the center looking for more content. I went in every cave and hole, opened every door, lock picked and broke into everything I could. Act 2 is SPARSE. I resolved every quest one could resolve in Act 2.
Oh, I know very well it's not true because I also played Act as I always do in these games: as a completionist half-obsessed about doing everything I can.
So, yeah, that wasn't even remotely a honest answer to my question, let alone a pertinent one.
