Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General Why did Larian promote cut content?

Also, not quite cut content, but I suspect there was once a greater use for soul coins rather than giving Karlach a power-up. I've seen some speculation that they were related to Withers. Bit grim to have coins containing a soul exist to give Karlach some mild fire damage.
