Cd projekt added this feature for cyberpunk 2077 later in one of the patches. Larian will do the same
It's sad because this option already exists in Divinity 2, and they knew how important it is for players.
No idea why this wasn't incorporated in BG3 considering that Withers exists and you can fully change your Class mid-game. There is also a Shapeshifter Mask that allows you to fully change your Race (as a spell) which works normally in dialogues. Just make Withers unlock the full Character Creator menu...
The more stuff I see missing the more convinced I am that they rushed to release the game before Starfield releases (which would have seriously affected their sales).
