Could someone from Larian kindly nudge GOG in the right direction. For a reason only GOG knows they are as of right now distributing the old hotfix4 version v4.1.1.3645567 instead of 4.1.1.3648072

From the GOG offline installer entries:
"Patch (Release - v4.1.1.3636828 - Patch Patch0_Hotfix3 to Release - v4.1.1.3645567 - Patch Patch0_Hotfix4 Loca fix) Release - v4.1.1.3645567 - Patch Patch0_Hotfix4 Loca fix 1 MB"

UPDATE: Upon downloading the offline installer hotfix 4 files, the file name reads "patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.3636828_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix3_(66686)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(66847)"

I am still reluctant to install because either the file name has the wrong hotfix number or the installer entry as shown above. Best case it's only a number mixup, worst case we're getting the old hotfix.
