The damage reduction that effectively doubles Barbarian HP is what seems most powerful about them to me. I like Frenzied Attack now that there is some choice involved. There are times when I haven't used it, so I think it works well. It adds a nice tactical layer to Barbs, like what Battlemasters have with maneuvers.
All Fighters should get combat maneuvers, but Battlemaster should get more of them. The maneuvers should be a class defining trait, not sub-class. Disarming or Tripping someone is pretty basic after all.
