Just an idea.  
Currently at level 11 and using the 'balanced' for the settings.  Might be a good idea to boost up some of the usual run of the mill enemy's and dial back some of the bosses a bit.
I'm finding dealing with the 'minions' pretty easy, but once I hit the actual boss fight-  The phrase cement wall comes to mind.  Currently doing the final boss with the head hematologist.  I made it down to his lair pretty easy.  But once the fight begins he's actually one shooting my best people into oblivion.  (and the 8+ rounds of 'sleep' was interesting.  I get surrounded by about 8 dingdongs...  And I'm sleeping away while they chop away.  If the character would wake up when getting hit the first time I wouldn't mind.  But nope....Sleeps through it all until dead 'tired'.
Just sayin'  Might want to tweak the nerf's and buff's a bit.
