I set up Vortex to add 1 cosmetics mod into the game, and the game keeps shooting me the same message. I then uninstalled all the mod, tried a backup copy I had made before adding the mods to repair the game, but nothing happened. After that I uninstalled the game, downloaded it again and it's still the same.
" FAILED TO LOAD THE MAIN MENI FROM THE CURRENT GAME MOD. THE MAIN MENU IN THAT MOD REQUIERS LEVEL. MAKE SURE TO CLEAR OUT ANY LOCAL MODS AND TRY AGAIN. IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST CONTACT LARIAN STUDIOS. "

Did you install the mod via the BG3 modmanager? If you didn't, you'll have to manually edit the modsettings.lsx file.
I strongly recommend using the BG3 modmanager to install mods for BG3, it really makes things a lot easier.

When posting an error message at least try to ensure that you type it out correctly so it makes sense and state at what point the error message shows up. I am also having this exact same error. After uninstalling the mods, Vortex, and doing a fresh install of the game the error message Error "Failed to load the main menu from the current game mod. The main menu in that mod requires the level. Make sure to clear any local mods and try again. If the problem persists, please contact Larian support." I don't see any main menu at all, just the Larian and Nvidia start up logos and then error message

That's why I don't use mods outside Bethesda games, which have a massive mod community and robust mod kit. These mods work great until something goes wrong, and then the troubleshooting is a disaster as you'll have to fix that mess yourself as often the mod maker will have no idea what went wrong with your files. Especially because with BG3 many of the mods edit core spells or actions to summon a basket, and restoring the old function to that action if the mod does not work out is a nightmare of hoops to jump.
Sven did mention they were going to release mod tools soon, so hopefully that brings a fix for people who are stuck.

With many games certain things get baked into a save so if you remove a mod which provided some info in the save then the game will not like it and the game or the save will not load. Depends on the game and depends on the type of mod but uninstalling a mod mid-game is generally not recommended. Larian is not doing anyone any favours with the hotfixes and patches not just breaking mods but breaking some peoples games (even if they don't have mods). This means that troubleshooting is made more difficult and that those who don't now anything about modding are in even deeper water than they need be. One could always try something that's really out there like using a search engine. This is the second hit on the DDG page below and is dated 8th of August, i.e. 5 days after game release. How to Fix “Failed to load the main menu from the current game mod” in Baldur’s Gate 3 https://www.followchain.org/failed-to-load-the-main-menu-baldurs-gate-3/https://duckduckgo.com/?q=FAILED+TO...=1&start=1&atb=v185-1&ia=webFuckin' rocket surgery.
