As the title indicates, this is about feedback on containers and various related issues.

First, the good stuff. All weapons and vials can be stored in containers, which can be dragged into the hotbar and thrown via the appropriate shortcut. Poisons and arrows are obsolete, as they are automatically selectable via attack skill, and that's a good thing.

Now to the problems:

a) If you stash consumables like Potion of Giant Hill Strength so that they are only in a container, they are NOT available for dialogue options anymore. It doesn't matter if there is an additional hotbar shortcut, the items have to be in the inventory and not in a container. This should be adjusted so that the dialogue options are still available even if the items are in a container.

BTW: The text says that my limbs move as if by themselves and the animation is so saturated that I seem paralyzed. That is, I should not be able to consume a potion at all. Apart from that, it should be completely irrelevant whether I have 3 or 25 strength, if I am mentally controlled and suppressed...



Animal Friendship, even though it was in the inventory, wasn't available as a dialogue option at all... Precasting didn't help either...



The same goes for spells from scrolls like Detect Thoughts and, of course, similar items.



b) Spells with certain conditions like Animate Dead, Glyph of Warding, Enlarge / Reduce or Chromatic Orb so far can't be cast neither from container nor from the inventory, but from hotbar only. This should also be adjusted and unified.


What is my char doing with his hands? xDD


Just like in the hotbar, it should be enabled in the inventory or a container.
