Discord seems to be suggesting that cut content is returning in patches, atleast for some it. Minthara is confirmed as being fixed, no news about the epilogue? the forum is official but doesn't seem to be the main place for news/updates about whats happening?

Minthara is the best character and she NEEDS to be recruitable if you side with the grove!
