So one of the things I love about this game is just how detailed the character models and outfits are, and how we've got a pretty good range of options. But as with actual D&D, I have way more ideas for characters than I will ever play, plus character creation is just part of the fun.

What I would just love to see would be either an option on the menu, or a standalone program, that's geared entirely towards creating characters so I can take screenshots; skip the mechanical details, just let us pick from any gear in the game and give us a nice big fullscreen view with a choice of backdrops so we can take some screenshots.

I could see this being fantastic for creating visual aids for meatspace D&D, e.g- instead of trying to find artwork in image search, I could just knock together an NPC using the BG3 character creator and snap that instead.

Yes, I was incredibly disappointed when the devs said there wouldn't be a stand alone character creation option.

I remember in the originals I would roll up a whole slew of characters. Something I do in most games with customization. Make a ton of characters, and then pick one to play.

Age of Wonders 3, I spent the first couple of days just making leaders and saving them. lol

Yes I posted about this previously. Something akin to the 'creation station' from the saints row series would have been great.

I'm still hoping they add a proper photo mode to the game at some point.

We've had threads about this before, I really want the ability to create and save lvl 1 characters in a little bank, because waiting for everyone to finish making their character in multiplayer is very long and tedious. Even if it's just a save appearance settings button, it'd be appreciated.

I'd like the option to create a bunch of level 1 characters in a bank and then choose up to 4 of them for my party. (Custom Party.) Like Solasta.

I'd also like to be able to level them up to 12th level to see what they look like (then drop them back down to level 1).
