Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Multiplayer Discussion How to assign NPCs in coop?

I'm playing with my gf and she controls all the NPCs we encounter even though I created the game. Is there a way to assign what player controls what NPCs? I found in Google and YouTube that you can do that in the Session Menu, but we can't find that menu either. It doesn't show up when either of us hits ESC. Any hints?
