I have the exact same problem: loads up to 50% with dx11 and 67% with vulkan. Except that when it crashes I get à bsod with tdr video failure/ nvlddmkm.sys error.
Oddly enough, my system managed to go past that loadibg screen 3 times.
I am unable to narrow down the issue. Tried everything i could find about bsod/nvlddmkm.sys errors.
My spec: nvdia gtx 1050 with 4go vrai.
I know it s a bit low for this game but the times it went past the loading screen, the game ran well at medium.
