I killed her in the first act. After that, she literally appears as a living character with 0 hp in disguise. When transformed into a hag, she does not become aggressive.

Also, it is very strange that the victims of the hag react to the mask, but the hag does not react to it in any way. I expected a unique short dialogue, and the opportunity to see the true identity of a hag if the character is wearing a mask.
