it refuses to go down, the when i puill the lever the hammer strikes and nothing happens also the injection mould leve is stuck. jumped down pressed button forge descended and the laval whell is stuck. am i doing something wrong?

yes you are doing something wrong

step 1 is click the middle and put a Mithril ore in it... without ore the other parts don't work
step 2 is click the mold holder and place one of your molds in

at all time you need lava before dropping the hammer to make the item [wheel adds lava]

after every thing else is done then pull lever to release mold holder... rinse and repeat until all Mithril ore is used up

Yeah, I also had it break.
What worked for me was The forge also broke for me after making any item, where the elevator wouldn't bring me back up or down, so what I would recommend is to actually prepare the materials for everything you want to make - then actually start fabricating items. Consider it a one-way trip.

I have a problem too with the forge. I Can put the mould but i can't put the ore for create my second item. If someone else had this bug.
I can't load a knew save because I played few day since this moment.
