Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Enemies won't fight in combat

So I went through all the suggested things before submitting a bug report for a bug that I'm having where enemies are failing to attack during combat, they just stand there and do nothing during their combat turn and eventually their turn is skipped. As you'd expect I went searching the interwebs for a solution and found quite a few forums talking about the problem, I tried many of the suggested fixes until I came to this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/BaldursGate3/comments/15lba26/enemies_dont_attack_anymore/. People were suggesting it could be the player character that was causing the issue, so I tried leaving him at camp and initiating combat. Lo and behold the enemies attacked. So I thought I'd leave this update to my ticket here. My player character is bugged and combat is broken when I have him in my party... which sucks, I don't know what to do with this playthrough from here, perhaps I'll go searching for a save file that isn't broken and pick the game up from there. Regardless hopefully this helps people who are having the same issue, and helps the devs fix whatever this bug is. Cheers

-SPOILERS- Another thing I should mention is while reading the forums people mentioned they were having this issue after fighting the Hag and the Mud Mephits, it was the combat directly after those two events that I also started having issues

-Spoilers- Hey all, wanted to give another update to this issue. I loaded a save before I fought the Hag and played through that combat again, but this time I didn't go and fight the Mud Mephits afterwards. From there I went into the Underdark and fought a battle that was previously buggy the last time through, and this time all the enemies acted in combat. Unsure if it's the mud mephit fight that's causing that player character issue for me, but just happy to be able to continue my playthrough without that bug

The amount of enemies in this game is so low that I do not even notice then. and if someone not attacking , well thats is less of challenge and will not be remembered on their grave.
and again there very little monsters or enemies in this game.
