I mean Larian were also saying how amazing Upper City is month before the premiere. How incredible and complicated the romances are. How INCREDIBLE Sarevok is and how they RESPECT his character. Yeah they said a lot. Said.
I think that at least for the moment we should be patient...stuff like the epilogue will most likely happen in the first couple major patches and I'd imagine it's quite the priority for Larian right now. If the second major patch passes and still no epilogue then I will be far more concerned. And since Swen mentioned this so very close to release I think there is also reason to hope for the upper city to be implemented at some point though it might be too much to hope for in the first two big patches.
Pretty sure they will fix the endings at least for the PS5 release, perhaps not the full blown epilogues, but at least things should trigger correctly?
(e.g. no requiring Karlach to die in order to see final scenes with romance choice and/or Gale blowing up but still being there at the end, and other zany items)
Now as for a lot of the other items that feel missing/incomplete such as certain companion stories and other items, not sure.
