The Sharpshooter feat gives Astarion +10 damage with the "All in" option turned on. But after he equips and unequips his torch, the +10 damage isn't shown on the action anymore. Toggling and untoggling the "All in" option doesn't get the +10 damage back. I have to reload a saved game to get it back, and have to avoid having Astarion use a torch from now on. Is this a bug?
