I mean, just look at the hags. The EA build was CLEARLY teasing about more hags living in the city and having some sort of secret society there (and if I rememer right their letters exchanged with Auntie are still there in the game currently). What we got on the other hand was Auntie Ethel going "Surprise, motherfuckers. It's me again".
