Ben Geddes, You should put the picture on a server, and if you do not know how, then use the URL at which I pasted the picture in my post by revealing the properties of that picture.
Then you can paste the same URL into your picture URL.
I mean

http://hemetis.freeyellow.com/imp.jpg

If you paste that link into your picture URL text box it should be available.
