[+1, DUH, though I *really* think we should have dialogue scenes with our companions, not slides, like after Act 1] Chapter 4: Epilogue and Ending Slides detailing the outcomes of our choices.

[+1, fun!] Make Upper City and Avernus into playable areas. Both are mentioned quite a lot and from the looks of it they both were planned at one point.

[+1] Flesh out Karlach more. Let us fix Karlach's heart. Possible methods: Let Astarion turn her into a vampire. Let her make a deal with Mizora or Raphael. Let her live in the House of Hope. Add more Blacksmith quests to fix her heart. Make her into an undead using Mystic Carrion? Give Karlach more things to use Soul Coins and Infernal Iron on.

[+1, why not, sounds fun even if not my thing, adds *reactivity*] Keeping the Githanki egg should tie into the romance ending for Lae'zel. Show us an ending slide of us raising the child together.

[+?, I mean, I'd personally engage in it and have fun because I do love decorating and collecting crap, but I'm not sure it's necessary for this sort of game] After defeating Raphael, allow us to take over House of Hope as our permanent camp. Also give us the ability to decorate it using items found in the world.

[+0, I would like it, but I can see how much effort it could be to let us travel back to Act2 area in a satisfying manner, it'd be a low priority for me personally] Global map for fast travel and don't lock us out of old areas.

[-1, from all I know about Daisy, I liked the Guardian better, he kept me guessing if to trust him or not, I'd never trust Daisy for a second] The Daisy storyline was better than Guardian story and should be added back.

[+1, not for me whatsoever, but fleshed out NPCs are always great to have for players that do like them] Flesh out Minthara. Give Minthara her pregnancy storyline back.

[+1, sure, why not] Finish Mol's storyline.

[+1, hags are fun, more quests are fun, more outcomes are fun] Finish The Hags storyline. Won't she just come back to life again? Why can't I help Mayrina cure her husband? What happens to Vanra?

[+0, can't say I care about any of them this much] Dame, Orin, Sazza, Alfira, Abdirak and Nere should be companions.

[+1, yes!] Let us invite more NPCs and animals to stay at our camp. Araj (Potions), Mol (Fenced Goods), Dammon (Blacksmith), Exxvikyap (General Goods), Zethino, Ellyka, Us, Lump, Quasit, Malta, Squire, Blue Jay, His Majesty and Steelclaw.

[+1, fun!] More romantic dates similar to the Karlach one.

[+1, fun idea for a specific playthrough] Let us have a harem ending.

[+1, shocked it isn't so!] Consequences for using tadpoles.

[+1, sure, the more the merrier] More mega bosses. Add the Orin dragon fight.

[+1, fix = good] Fix non-lethal attacks. Quests flag a lot of npcs as dead when you knock them out.

[+1, don't really need it personally, but if others do, it surely wouldn't hurt] Show Companion Approval in Dialogue History.

[+1, nice to have, I only noticed 1 quest being timed in the entire game actually] Add a clock icon next to timed quests in the journal.

[-1, could make it feel dialogue-wheely and I *despise* dialogue wheels] Add icons next to dialogue choices to show tone.

[+1, sure why not] Add icons to books to show which ones have been read before.

[+1, yeah, would make everyone seem less of a carbon copy, stat-wise] The option to Roll for stats during character creation.

[+1, simple way of sorting out issues some players have] The option to select a sexual preference in character creation.

[+1, as above, easy solution to sort out some complaints] The option to disable all romance when starting a fresh game.

[+1, any "option" is good in my book, it doesn't take anything away from the game, and lets this or that player enjoy it more] The option to turn off all blood & gore.

[+0, I mean, all good for people, who'd use it, but for me personally a bit of a time waste] Advanced Photomode. Perhaps Nvidia Ansel.
