Bracus - I haven't seen the guy after windmill. Shouldn't he have been in Grimforge, together with other gnomes? I dont' remember running into him in 1.0, and he didn't appear anything after. I kinda forgot about him, until I rescued his buddy.
Yes, he should have been near where Nere is, helping digging him out.
