To resolve this issue (black flashing rectangles during cutscenes) I disabled Bloom in the video settings. I heard this suggested on reddit after a google search.

Prior to Hotfix 4 and the most recent Nvidia update I was running direct X11 without issues, but then I started to get more stutter (which was tolerable) but also audio crackle (which wasn't) so I tried Vulkan just to see if the same issue would persist. Heard the same audio crackle, but also started seeing the black squares. Turning off bloom fixed it for me after trying several other things. I'm on windows 11 MSI GE68 HX 13V i9 RTX 4060 16gb storage 1T

For the audio issue I couldn't figure that one out, thought it might be possible that the lows were just trying to blow out my laptop speakers lol, but it wasn't an issue a couple weeks ago. With headphones on the crackle is less frequent or perhaps just less audible which made me think it confusing the output or something, but again not a prob before. I had read a few things about disabling spatial audio, but I don't have that option as there is no spatial audio on my setup, the speakers are realtek changing from 24bit 4800hz to 16 4800hz seemed to improve the issue though I wasn't quite sure (those are my only options). All the drivers were current. Going into Nahimic and adjusting my settings, I saw that it had defaulted to movie for some reason which must have been jacking it up. I switched to gaming and that seemed to work also 24bit without issue, least in Vulkan.

Not sure if any of that is helpful for your case
