I have to say, I've advised people currently still playing other games to wait *at least* for patch 2. Bg3 -- in its current state -- is not worth pushing to the top of your gaming queue.
It will be a far better experience in the future. If half the datamined content is implemented, anyway. A fair gambit if you don't have a lot of time for gaming.
