Me too, i hope Larian will consider making Menzoberranzan in future. Really wish to experience city of drows, feel sense of danger in every corner... i think this location have big potential for nice dark stories.
Avernus sounds great too.
The main locations being Avernus, the Underdark, and the Astral Plane make the most sense. Then we get devils, mind flayers, drow, and githyanki, with the Dead Three doing bullshit in the background.
