I know that a lot of people claim there was just sex everywhere in the game, but as someone who ran monogamous throughout, there really wasn't. I only ever got an offer from Gale, until I chose Astarion and then Halsin, [spoiler] Drow twins, Mizora and Haarlep [\spoiler] but I am just super loyal to one person and just said no and that was that. So outside of act 1 Astarion romance there were no big cut scenes, just an additional implied scene in Act 3 because I went the good route with him.
I just wonder if it would ever be a thing to do a select their bed roll kind of thing and maybe a roll check to get a potential love scene or cuddle scene with you romance partner when you want to. I spent a lot of hours in the game and just thought perhaps something little like that could break up the monotony of just having the option to give them a quick kiss, especially if you just stick with one person.??
