I think the fact that the Wizard gets unique/exclusive spells that no one else has access to (yes they can use the scroll but then they are gone forever as opposed to scribing them in a spellbook) just denotes how special they are compared to Sorcerers. Also is there any point playing a Custom Wizard when Gale's story so heavily plays into the fantasy of being a Wizard.
