Well, big to me. Judge for yourselves: (some minor spoilers about early githyanki and early Shadowheart and a legacy NPC in points 1 and 2)
1) I killed Lae'zel early on. It was a choice between attacking
a pair of innocent tieflings who had captured a githyanki monster, or side with said monster (who had already left me to die twice and thinks we are as the dragon to the worm).
Ethically obvious for any good character. Later, we are approaching the
mountain pass and some gith kill some innocent people while a dragon destroys the bridge.
I sneak around and no longer see the dragon, while finding myself with a good ambush on the remaining gith. I figure the dragon rider must have left, so I attack the githyanki to avenge the flaming fists. OOPS, the dragon is still there. I then slaughter the githyanki while the dragon watches. Turns out the dragon is not interactable. I can't attack it, it does nothing except remain there even if I leave, and I can walk right through it. Apparently it's an illusion. Except that it destroyed
a bridge... Anyways, I then head over to the mountain pass,
and on the other side I find Lae'zel's dead body.
- I'm guessing this isn't how it's supposed to go. If Lae'zel is necessary for the story then at least have her be alive with some dialogue to explain how she was resurrected. Perhaps she could even explain
More hilarity... I just recently went back and redid some act one content I'd missed, then when I went back to act 2 Lae'zel's dead body had followed me there!

2) So we just met
I'm explaining our backstory, when I suddenly pull Shadowheart's artifact out of my back pocket to show to
Say what?!!? Okay, I have an exceptional relationship with Shadowheart (83), but the artifact is in her inventory. It's her BIG mission for her goddess to get this to Baldur's Gate and she loves secrecy. So why can I just show it without asking, and why does she trust me enough to have it in the first place? In the past
it seemed to be bound to her (it jumps back into her hands if she tries to drop it).
So for kicks, I send it to my inventory... and it works. I'm now the proud holder of the artifact. Okay, there's a good chance that if the "Guardian"
isn't the tadpole, or some adventurer, then it's the artifact
(please no one spoil it for me in the comments). It may just like me, since I gave it a hug. But shouldn't there be some important dialogue or cut scene to underscore that Shadowheart and/or the artifact itself is now willing to trust me (a cleric/wizard of Mystra) with Shar's big mission?
3) Devs, what's with the blood spatter fetish? This is a heroic fantasy story. It's D&D, not Grand Theft Auto, and it's certainly not reality. We have "hit points" for Mystra's sake. When was the last time you met an actual person with "hit points"?
- Cleaning off the blood should be routine, not something we have to do by accidentally discovering you can throw water on yourself. Wizards have prestidigitation spells. Inn's and Groves have wash basins. Our camps have ridiculous luxuries, but no way to wash up before bed? A short or long rest should automatically take care of this! The Devs may find this entertaining, but I just find it revolting. And no, I'll never be playing the Dark Urge. Development time spent on that was just a waste of my money.
