I just had a right laugh - poor Lae'zel.
This is a minor fight in Act 2.
Mooching about in the Shadowlands and got involved in the fight with the SC Shambling Mound, the two SC whatever Vines and the six SC Needle Blights.
We are on the road below the steps. The Mound dashes (shambles quickly?) to almost the top of the steps. Three of the Blights make it to the top step and one of the Vines makes it to just behind the Mound.
My plan is for Shadowheart to hit the three Blights with a spell and do what damage she can so Lae'zel and Karlach can finish off all three between them.
Shadowheart's Ice spell kills the three Blights outright - deepjoy.
This means that Lae'zel and Karlach can get started on the Mound. Between Rage and Action Surge they get the Mound's HP way down.
Meanwhile the remaining Vine moves closer to the top of the steps and the last three Blight move forward from right at the back.
Lae'zel to finish off the Mound, Karlach moves off to start on the Vine, my bard and Shadowheart start using ranged on the Vine.
The three Blights move to the top of the steps leaving themselves nicely positioned for a Cleave attack by Lae'zel.
Up she steps - swish, boom, boom, boom and she's dead because I forgot the things explode on death. Oops "Sorry petal". The three Blights died so I can't complain.
