There are two staffs with Arcane Battery, and lots of staffs with +1 spell DC. You get +1 AC too, which is 1 less than the +1 DC shield, but you get double arcane battery in the same fight if you want to use it.

Freecast is currently bugged though, but with it you would now be able to use 4 level 6 spells in one fight
