Hello, I have this same problem. Initially starting up the game from my GOG. It sits at the screen where the bottom right counts up to 100%. The 100% basically freezes and stays there for a good 2-3 minutes now. I have noticed this time taking longer and longer not just since the big patch, even before then... and longer the more I progress into the game?
This load only is long at the initial screen to New Game, Load Game, Multiplayer Game. Not between saves.
