So, was hoping the patch fixed the "stretching sleeves" issue, but it didn't.
So in a lot of cutscenes, my character's sleeves just kind of stretch out and look horrible (like waving tree trunks around).

Character is wearing Scale Mail +2 and Stalker Gloves.
Windows 11, 32 GB
NVidia GeForce RTX, 12 GB
All drivers updated

I had a similar issue with gloves or sleeves from ShadowHeart, fixed that by outfitting another pair. I don't remember what pair showed the glitch.

I got an email response from Larian support today about them being aware of the issue, and that it will be fixed in an upcoming hotfix or patch. So they're working on it, but not yet.
