Recently a few of my followers stopped wearing armor when leaving camp - they prattle around whilst adventuring in the leisure camp clothes. In inventory their armour is equipped, and there's nothing wrong with the stats, but visually they simply look like they're just about to sit down by the fire with a pitcher of ale, rather than fight cultists and whatnot...
I looked for other posts on this subject and couldn't find any, so have I stumbled on a new bug or is it so known that nobody talks about it. Currently Karlach and Shadowheart are afflicted, while Gale, Laezhel, Jaheira and Wyll are all showing up ready for battle.
Anyone else had this?
