Camps being persistent is a wonderful, tiny feature that is open to all sorts of player expression - but they're not really persistent.
When me and my friend noticed that the camps had some form of persistency, we immediately started hoarding mundane & decorative items to fill out the camp, and make it a comfy place to rest in— if only for the sake of it
As we'd soon find out though, the game protects you from losing / forgetting items in the camp, by sending any items placed to your box when you travel to a new camp. This can be convienient, or even a savior for the average player— but I'd like the option to turn it off and maintain my custom camps for as long as I have access to them narratively.
The grief felt when 6+ hours of decorating was undone destroyed us, and even though we could load a save and be sure to not travel to any other camps, the game doesn't intend for you to do this, and it's awful for logistics and pacing- Plus, we don't get to see any of the different camps in new areas! We've unfortunately had to give up on our homestead, and even though it might never matter to the 99.XX% of players, it'd be a nice option for the few that would like to decorate.
tl;dr - an option to allow for camp persistency to be properly persistent to scratch the LARP itch

There are also some resized props used throughout the game world that offer unique opportunity and variability when decorating. Small boxes, crates and barrels (and chopping boards!) are all I've found so far, I believe.
They behave strangely, though. They will resize to their default state if some criteria is met. I imagine this was never really thought about when the mappers were building and decorating, and with how the game handles the ID's of the items or whatever- But, I thought they were cool, and so it'd be nice to see these variants function as unique items, if only to serve this hyper niche purpose.
The criteria I've seen for items returning to their default state: - Placed into an inventory resets the size immediately - Stacked with other (default) sizes of the same item - Placed in an inventory / container (Which doesn't reset the size alone), then the game is saved + loaded
No pattern from what I can tell, just seems to depend on the item and whatever eldritch magic was used to resize + place it there in the first place

let me steal chairs so I can use them in my camp in general, expanding the amount of random mundane objects I can yoink would be lovely - Who doesn't need a wheelbarrow in their camp?

I made a video of the Camp Decoration for future reference, so we can recreate ideas should we ever want to (and show it off to some friends >.>) - Here it is for any that are curious. (~400 Props here)
