I have reloaded a save right after I done the Crypt but before I went to my camp to see Wither. Seems to fixed the problem even after I went to the camp this time and talk to Wither and had a LR. Hopefully this doesn't happen to me again after I get casted Silence from mobs. You really have to remember to save often in this game.
