There are far far far too many instances of these two errors constantly popping up than a person is comfortable enduring, because half the stuff the player tries to loot or interact with constantly keeps popping these errors. The worst offenders are things on top of shelves, bookshelves and such, but then there are also countless of objects which are outright inaccessible even on ground level due to terrible pathfinding where the player character walks for miles to grab an item which is literally right infront of their face.
Can this please be fixed, improved, designed properly. Was thinking of reporting every single object that ever displays this error, but how does one even efficiently report countless of these objects which clearly should be accessible, but aren't. Just look at this example below... why can't the button be pressed? What does the button even do?
Well the button moves the wall on the left to the other section of the labyrinth so the player can access the key behind it, but in order to click this button the player has to smash the very wall the button is supposed to move and go behind that wall so that the awful pathfinding registers the player can reach the button, to move a wall they just smashed and walked through.
This was unfortunately also an issue in Divinity Original Sin 2, but at least there the player had Telekinesis to circumvent this terrible shortcoming with pathfinding.
