For me the bug got fixed in big patch 1 update (though I couldn't find the bug described in the patch notes, but I may have just skimmed over it). I have also heard from 1 other person that the bug was fixed for them in the update as well. But no actual response from Larian to my bug report no. If you still have this bug and you have updated your game, then I would suggest maybe waiting till Patch/Update 2 which should be coming out quite soon, and maybe it will be fixed there?
Otherwise there are a couple of things you could try. You need to work out which party member is bugged (In my case it was my main avatar, but I know for some people its just a companion). If the bugged member is a companion then sending them back to camp and then bringing them back out might fix it. Or killing them then reviving them. (This is what I have heard on other threads, reddit, and steam anyway). However if like me its your main avatar thats the bugged member then alas I can offer no advice, because trying those fixes never worked for me. Only getting the update fixed things.
