They already have announced more patches. Give them some time. It's only a few weeks and we already have two patches, plus they are working on PS5 release and on adding content (as Swen mentioned, that they had called voice actors back).
They said, they address community wishes in later patches and in the meantime, use the mod to erase the minimap.
