I'd have hoped they'd add a fix for her heart. With everything we can see in the game, it's absolutely not plausible that she can't have a happy ending.
It's definitely plausible but the thing is, I am at a point where I don't believe it's ever going to happen. I think this is all that we're ever going to get.
