I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug, but I noticed that the benefits that come from the Idol of Sylvannus stop working after leaving the area. I mean, I went to the Mountain Pass, and noticed I didn't have the proficiency in the skills anymore.
This was after the camp party, so I never gave the idol to Mol. I had an opportunity to use Deception about it in dialogue with her, but figured there was no point in bringing it up if she wasn't asking. I wanted to see if having the idol on me would give any special dialogue options with Arabella in Act 2.
Just curious if anyone else has noticed anything about this. I don't want to put it in the technical part of the forum because I'm not sure it's a bug. Maybe it's supposed to stop giving a benefit after leaving the area? Don't know. Shrug.
