personally i'd rather Alfira over some werewoman. like you mentioned were missing a bard companion, and she seems like a fun character who could have such a cool background. you mentioned she could rise and fight to protect the tieflings and i completely agree.
[/spoiler] playing as the Durge for the first time and seeing her just die was such a heartbreak. i was so excited to have her as a companion to bring me back some Loshe vibes from DOS2[spoiler]
